Event Registration Refund Policy

If a registered attendee from your school is unable to attend, you are encouraged to send a substitute. A registrant can transfer their registration to another person up until the start of the event.

• If a registrant cannot attend an ACSIWC event, they must notify ACSIWC in writing at least two calendar weeks prior to the event start date to receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee.

• If a registrant cannot attend an ACSIWC event and notifies ACSIWC less than two calendar weeks prior to the event start, the registrant forfeits their registration fee.

• If a registrant cannot attend an ACSIWC event and fails to notify ACSIWC prior to the start date of the workshop, no refund or credit will be provided.

Note: Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis. It is the responsibility of the registrant to notify ACSIWC in writing of any extenuating circumstances which would prohibit attendance. Extenuating circumstances is defined as significant life events, including but not limited to unexpected illness/injury of self or an immediate family member, death of a close family member, or victim of a crime.
